Dublin

Dublin was our first stop on the Europe whirl wind tour of December 2015 and although we weren't there long, they welcomed us in BIG. We stayed at the Dublin Citi hotel and the people were amazing. Hilarious servers and bar keeps, full of life and so playful. These people work hard and have all the fun doing it. Beautiful old building and in the heart of the city. 

DUBLIN HIGHLIGHTS: Friendliest folk, BEST SOUP EVER and Guinness flowing almost as hard as the rain outside the pub windows. We walked through the Stags Head bar front door like lost puppies in our first hour in Ireland and made friends before we'd sat down. GO THERE. Eat all the delicious Fish and Chips you can and find Ruari (Rory) and enjoy the delight that is he.  After you do that, head to the Guinness brewery and do the tasting tour. It's free and delicious and so so fun. Climb all the steps and head to the Gravity Bar at the top of the brewery. Turn in a circle and you will see Dublin spread out before you, gorgeous and gloomy. Make all the friends you can (which won't be hard). Everyone has a story in Ireland and stories go great with beer... 

The Clarks

Yesterday was windless and beautiful at sunset. I spent that golden hour with the Clark family and their three dogs, Pearl, Potter and Lucy. They're an incredibly fun group and were so warm and happy to be with one another. It was the perfect way to wrap up the 2015 photo year. 

 Thank you for making my job so easy and thank you for sharing your pups!

Ashley. I love this lady, she's such a strong woman and the way she brings her visions into jeweled form, is incredible. I had the pleasure of photographing her and Syd in some of her new winter creations and they both rocked them RIGHT. 

I'm becoming more and more aware of all the awesome women in my life not only taking control of their own professional lives, but making their dreams come true. It's hard work being a small business owner, especially starting out (every day I am learning on so many levels) and to be able not only to ask for advice from one another but collaborate with one another and inspire. It's beautiful thing. Celebrate your friends, their happiness is your happiness too.

Kendall + Wade

Astoria knows how to throw a wedding! But we all knew that. Kendall and Wade's was no exception. The wedding party rocked all black and the bride wore BLUE. The weather was perfect and it was such a beautiful way to end wedding season. My friends are beautiful. that is all.
